Have found a good-looking replacement locally.  Now to get the old one

Funny you should ask, I spent this morning cleaning car parts out of my
mother's house as we prepare to sell it.  I have a rack from a 1969
parts car.  I've never drove the car before removing the rack 25 years
ago.  Rack seems fine.  You can have it.  I'm in Orange County NY.

I want someone to use it not sell it.
