I've been running 175R14s for years. Fit is no problem whatsoever.
Appearance might be a little funny with the "big and littles" -- you'll have
to see if you can stand it. Or, swap 'em to someone who has been using 175s
-- Michelin discontinued that size, so they are getting very hard to find.
