Below... If you look under the valence you will see some nice holes spaced 
for the threaded connectors on the oil coolder. The oil cooler gets 
installed up against these holes from underneath and affixed with 4 screws 
inserted from the bottom up. The hoses connect on the top side although you 
will have to figure out which way works best for you. The hoses have one end 
straight and one curved. The curved ends are supposed to go on the cooler 
part but It seemed to fit much better with one straight on the cooler.

Can anyone confirm the mounting location of the oil cooler on a 1980 =
MGB.  Is it in front of or behind the rad or is it above or below the =
valance cover.
