I ran one of these vertical "racing" magnetos for over 20 years. I then
sold it when I found a period long necked "mallory" dual point distributor.
These are great. In fact, I recently obtained another (new old stock) long
necked Mallory on E-Bay. It has never been out of the box, and was dated 1952.
