Gents, I'm cleaning out my storage space and the old NA block is going to
become a boat anchor unless someone wants it. This is the original block in
NA0613. It was dropped and a rear corner cracked off....then a very heavy wall
liner was welded in with a plan to re-sleeve all 6 holes back to
standard....unfortunately, the bottom weld just puddled and didn't penetrate.
We pressure
tested it and mucho leaking...but one of the LockNStich guys told me that the
weld could be ground off and then the sleeve stitched into place and that would
do it. By then, I was well on the way with another block (thanks Pete)....so
this one became surplus....sorry no cheeses. I hate to scrap something like
this (also scrapping a spare Triumph Mayflower engine) but its time......so if
anyone wants it, its your for the cost of crating and shipping.
