The telephone number quoted is correct if dialed from the UK.
0208 is a current London code if dialed from the UK.
To dial V.C.S.A. from any country other than the UK the number is +44 208
651 5347. I am not sure what you have to dial from Kansas to get to the UK
but what ever it is you then add 208 651 5347.
