Well, I'll offer up a couple:

I have a particular fondness for some of the things sold by Paul Beck
Vintage Supplies. Very useful for small bits, electrics, plumbing, and trim
items. http://www.vintagecarparts.co.uk/en/

Good source for rebuilds of dashboards and everything found there is Craig
Seabrook at The Whitworth Shop. seabrook@en.com

For new ash frames: Keith Portsmore <mailto:keith.portsmore@talk21.com>

For other trim items, flexible conduit, screw rivets, etc

Ray,

Great advice for us in the colonies, next time I need a $A200.00 part, I

will spend $A2500.00 on the Qantas ticket so I can stand in front of BW

personally.

Some of the prices I have seen mmm owners trying to sell parts at would even

frighten BW !!!!!

How about some positive input so that all mmm owners have a reliable source

of parts from various suppliers or are we all like my fly fishing friends

and afraid to give out the best fly to use a some NZ river in case I would

rush over there and catch all the fish.

Eg for an alternate supplier of friction shock absorbers try

JVT Engineering - Jeff Turner fax 61 3 9888 4128 (price, service and

quality)

General period items - Complete Automobilist www.completeautomobilist.co.uk

CARBURETTORS or fuel pumps www.sumidel.com

For details on Engine turning for L type dash try this page

www.cs.ucr.edu/~eamonn/et/et.htm

Water pumps for L&P types try www.historicvintagerestorations.com.au

Non period supercharger try your Toyota wrecker the last one Ipurchased cost

$A275.00.

Great NZ fishing rivers try

The Grays R, Tepako R both near Twizel SNZ, The Matura at Gore but not in

November as I don't like the place crowded, for the Poms you do not have to

pay to fish and for the others access to the streams is a right for all

kiwi's and their aussie friends and friend of aussies who own mmm cars. For

a list of great flies email direct

Hope this may be of some help.

regards

ross
