Hi all,
I'm confused on how the rear license mounting (also holds the tail light)plate
attaches to the the cross bar. I have two circle clamps that surround the bar,
however the plate does not come down far enough (it runs into the frame rails)
to mount to the holes in the clamps. Are there more pieces or are the clamps
wrong?
