Gents,
The tank listed on E-bay certainly appears to be an early "flat back"
tank as fitted to earlier J2's and all F2's. It would fit all J2's but is not
as shapely as the later curved back tank. The original neck appears to be
intact but with extra non original "quick release" brackets tacked on. I
have no personal knowledge of the tank or seller.
Thanks Terry and others for the "heads up" on these MMM items. I got
a great 3-spoke MMM steering wheel on E-bay a few months ago.
