J2 Hood

I need to have a hood (ie, top) made for my MG J2. Does anyone on the list 
have:
1) A quality source to have one made?
2) A good source in Southern California?
3) A pattern of the original hood? Or patterns of the separate pieces?
4) Drawings or sketches of the original or how it fits, what it looks like?
5) Any other information that would be helpful?
