The accepted procedure is to:

1) Jack up the front of the car so that the axle hangs free.
2) Slacken the adjusting nut on the shock so that the wheel will drop 1/2"
from it's normal (weighted) position.

That's it.

I doubt that it will get any better. That's the trade off MG made: rock hard
ride, but superb handling.

How do you set up Andre Hartford shock absorbers?  I've got
