Gentlemen

Our thanks to you all for your comments on our elderly PA clutch. We've
been driving the car for many years with the standard unit and it works
fine (who needs sprung driven plates?). However I thought that the fully
reconditioned engine might be a bit hard on the old clutch.

One gets so used to clutches being throwaway items that it simply hadn't
occurred to me that I could just buy the bits and overhaul it myself.
Dumb, eh?

I've already faxed Sports & Vintage.

Thanks for the advice.

Regards

Dave and Diana
