Went to the Father's Day roadster show this weekend. I don't know where all
these cars live Monday to Friday but there is a load of 'em out there.
I was finally able to talk with Bill Swanson who has finished the rebuild of
my father's '33. The car looks absolutly beautiful. It's a shame that such a
nice car is put in the back 40 with all the other nice roadsters. There are so
many of them there that people will just walk by and not give Bill's car a
second glance. Must be sensory overload. Jim Miller and I had a good time, too
much beer and a super display of lakes cars along with the SCTA sales
trailer.
