Mayf,

I use a product called SAR 5000, it is a Polycarbonate with an anti-scratch
coating on it. It can be easily cut and the edges dressed with a file. I think
it's a Mobey product but I can't seam to find my plastics catalog. I can look up
some suppliers local to you, in my Thomas Register if you need the info.
