Tim, List,
That has always been the position of USFRA as well.  Rick Gold has gone the
extra mile to provide fuel on the salt that is reasonably priced and clean. 
We would not want to put our relationship in peril because of fuel demands. 
I'd suggest you contact Rick at ERC for your special arrangements.  His
number is 1-800-445-1479.  Shouldn't be a major problem.
