I made a plywood box to ship a TR2-4 block. The plywood was bolted directl=
y to the top, bottom, front and back of the block with the bolt heads reces=
sed. I cut slotted holes to be used as handles. The box was only the thic=
kness of the plywood against the flat surfaces larger than the block. It w=
as very tight and secure. I think the total weight was around 150 lbs. If=
I remember correctly, the block weighs 140 lbs. with the main caps. Same =
weight as a bale of hay. In the end I did not have to ship it, but I still=
have the custom box. =20
