I do that, too, but some of what I'm saying isn't something I'd like
people to hear on the video...
I somewhere acquired the habit of taking a slow, deep breath IN at all
the points of a track which are in any way scary - where you're sort of
hanging out there for a second, wondering whether (a) the car is going
to stick and turn or (b) you're going to visit the woods. Dunno where
that came from, but it seems to help.
