I swear my 1st gen (s2 - 81-85) RX7 alt looks like a dead nuts replacement
(but with internal reg), but have never verified. I think it's around 40-50
amps.

What I would like info on is this- Les Cannaday, at one time, often used a
smallish Mitsubishi unit from a newer compact. Looked real nice in the engine
