Hi all,
If anyone of you have experience installing Mike Young's Comp front springs I
would appreciate some help. I have the car at a shop and the mechanic says
that Mike's springs are about 1/4" in diameter narrower than the original
springs he pulled from my front end. The mechanic said that Mike's springs
will not seat into the metal cup on top, that the metal cup is too wide to fit
the comp springs. Has anyone had this experience. Is there a way to get the
spring to seat into the cup on top? Also, is there a rubber piece on top which
needs to be trimmed? If so, how does it need to be trimmed?
