On my wheels the outer measurement lip to lip was not a full inch over the 
stated size (14 x 6) which is the inner lip to inner lip. It was.75". Alp you 
might want to be sure of that measurement also for the rest of the calculations.
I am terrible at math so I had to check all this stuff a lot, and it is still 
confusing.
The wheel tech info on the 311 site was helpful also. I think it said max 4 " 
backspace and 3 1/2" frontspace.
