Hmmmm, not sure what that part number is. The parts manuals and the Common
Part Numbers list on the 311s.org website <http://www.311s.org> show
different numbers of early and late cars, not by engine size.
Anyway, the part number for the early gauge voltage regulator is
25020-14600. Should be available at your Nissan dealer for around $20.

I'm having trouble in my old age finding the part # for the early voltage
regulator (temp & fuel guage). I found the one that is listed for the 2L
23500-14814, but as I remember it is a different # for a '66 1600. Any help
is appreciated.
