I have a 1970 2K Roadster with rebuilt SU's that leak around the throttle
shaft. I am considering the following options and wanted to solicit the
group's opinions.

A. Replace the throttle bodies with rebuilt ones like the Z Therapy
product, order their air horns and a high flow air cleaner, and buy an
electronic distributor conversion.

B. Replace the complete carbs with rebuilt ones like the Z Therapy
product, order their air horns and a high flow air cleaner, and buy an
electronic distributor conversion.

C. Try to find a Solex conversion kit with carbs and cam, and buy an
electronic distributor conversion.

D. Find a Solex manifold and put TWM Fuel injection throttle bodies and
an Electromotive ignition. Change the camshaft to a more aggressive yet
still streetable grind if I can find one.

E. A better recommendation from this group.

Car will be used for weekend drives including some 200+ mile trips to the
Ozarks.

I have Koni's and larger wheels/tires along with urethane bushings in the
suspension. Car is basically stock otherwise.

Sincerely,

Dave Driemeier
