Let us all know if he does. Maybe we can organize a mass printing to
reduce the cost. I wouldn't mind having one either. I printed out the
PDF version but it's a little blurry.

You might check with Lee Edinger (sp) on the list. I
think he made some high quality copies of the paper
manual a while back. Maybe he still has a spare. I
love mine. Use it all the time.
