Toothpaste. Or buy a product especially made for that purpose. Usually
you'll put in a lot of effort only see it get yellow again fairly quickly.

I can't recommend mop n' glow or any other product like armorall (however
it's spelled). After it gets wet that crap will drip on your windows and
paint. BTDT. Wax wouldn't be bad for the windows providing you use a very
soft cloth.
