Ummm, I believe that 2000's use .100, while 1600's use .090.
If you use a 2000 needle in a 1600 jet, it'll fit like a cork.
The throat sizes are different between 2000's and 1600's too.
About 1.5 vs 1.75 inches, as I recall (the actual numbers are metric)
