Why would anybody want to buy a Z3? You can take all the money you save on
buying a BMW, not to mention servicing a German car as my neighbor who works
exclusivly on German/Austrian cars tells me, and buy a Miata and put some
"go" parts in it and probably beat any Z3 including a M3. I have seen it
done.

Servicing and parts are cheaper although admittedly you're still not driving
the "Ultimate Driving Machine." This applies only to the Z3s as I like all
the other BMW products.
