Anyone got any information on the turbochanged engine? I'm interested in the
concept of running just one turbo from one bank of a V8. Saab do the same
with their new V6. Anyone know what the pros and cons are?

Actually, all Corvair turbos ('62-'66) came with a side draft Carter carb,
which is actually much less complex than the Rochester on the turbo 215.
The Carter was also used on the old 6 cylinder Corvettes.
