As a buyer for Ford Consul parts and a seller of plasma-cut steel art on
E-bay, I am always leery of possible scams and frauds. I try to always use a
third party, i.e. Paypal, to pay for items I buy as well as for the things
that I sell.
Unfortunately E-bays' success has also created a treacherous area for the
honest assuming person to buy. At least there is greater awareness and
effort in part by the credit cards issuers as well as E-bay to protect many
of us.
