Finally, after many many months CSX2282 is once again setting on four
tires instead of jack stands. The long weekend was just enough time to
finish putting the front suspension back together. It's amazing how
much faster the right side went after struggling for nearly a day on the
left side. Still gotta connect the steering shaft to the rack, but that
should be trivial compared to the suspension. And then there's the
mystery of the missing clutch slave cylinder bracket. I remember
cleaning and painting it, but I can't remember for the life of me where
I put it! That was a while back, so hope this falls into the category
of long term memory!

Then all that's left is:

 re-core and install radiator

get the leaks in the T-10 fixed

install the new fuel tank I ordered from Cobra Restorers

buy and install an electric fuel pump

 kludge up a fuel line

attach the clutch & T-10 to the motor and dropped it in

and all the other stuff that will allow me to actually sit in the car,
like installing the floor panels, seats, etc.

Unfortunately I won't be getting to much of the above before March.

Here's hoping I'm finished before my 401k kicks in.

Roland
