Rubber bumper cars and tire black

The shop I use in Austin uses that stuff exclusively. I have a seen a
number of cars they have done this to, and looks good and appears to
wear well.

As for the other questions ... like... will I ever get this car done,
well probably not ever completely because of the 99% rule, is it time
for a beer yet, well I beleive that it almost always time for a beer
somewhere on the earth.
