I don't set the cruise ever while towing. Mostly because my car doesn't
have cruise (or leather, or power windows, or anything else resembling
creature comforts).
I know a guy who towed his Harbor Freight trailer at around 90mph down I-80
through Nebraska on his way to Nationals one year. This was on the 8"
wheels, btw. Okay, it was me.
