As long as the courts allow silly lawsuits with sillier payouts, silly
disclosures and such things are going to be the norm. They are just
covering as many bases as possible.
We had a bicyclist who was high on something, hit one of our stopped
vans, and now he is sueing my insurance company because he has "lost his
sex life", this idiot will get 5-10K just because the insurance company
does not want to go to court. Life in America, you gotta love it.
