The problem is that someone just handed you a wrist band with out a)
verifying that you had previously signed the waiver, or b) requiring you to
sign the waiver then and there.
It's not that we think the wristbands are that attractive. They are only
productive in telling us all, by casual observation, that you have been
witnessed signing the liability waiver on that day (hence the bottom line of
the waiver being designated for the gatherers signature and member #)
