ive been thinking about my high speed vibration (over 60mph) and measured
the runout on my rear wheels. it appears that there is a flat spot on just
one spot on the rim (the tire surface reflects this also). i know the 40
series kumhos are hard to put on. its a 17x10 wheel and a 275/40 tire.
my vibration started right after these tires were mounted.
could people prying on the wheel trying to mount the tire have bent it?
second question, where in the bay area can i get the rim straightened?
