Ok, in there you could certainly eliminate the steering wheel allowance
(that most people can't use anyway). I'd also say the coil allowance
could go, but I'm not sure how that affects older cars.
The exhaust allowance should probably be changed to require some muffling
device vs. the current open pipe allowed deal, but that's mostly me not
wanting to hear really loud stock class cars. :-)
