As far as the award from the Division itself was concerned, you also had to
get yourself onto the rookie list compiled by Ralphie ... the T&S software
then computed the award winner using class indices. It had to be your
first Divisional year and first or second year of autoxing.
Our winner was Brent Blakely ... in the Suzuki Swift.
But I think Charlie must be asking about an award from the region ....
these are two different things.
