Darren,
Yep it is the Air National Guard, it's located on McKinley in Fresno. Site is
rather small, about
half the width of stockton but a little deeper, good concrete/asphalt surface,
pretty smooth.
Brett Norgaard usually does the courses so he utilizes every inch of space and
you usually do two
continuous runs 3 to 4 times. Usually a low turn-out, so lots of fun runs for
tuning. I don't
think there are any sound limits..
