Well, it's kinda like you can't learn Algebra until after you've learned
arithmetic. 

Phase I is more basic (but still damn good even for those of you who think they
know what they are doing .. I took it in '97). Phase II is suppoised to be
the advanced course, a bit longer circuit they do it on. I'll find out for
sure in a month. :-)
