I don't think Ian intended to "Blanket" every club with his statements.
There is a bunch of country separating the Pacific club and the eastern
experience. In a nut shell (even from Colorado) the focus out here seems to
be dipping Alpine bodies in preparation for a Tiger conversion.
I know I can say that I have received more technical advice and personal
support from YOU than every club I have belonged to. Even when I WAS on the
West coast. (Oregon) And so I know, your club, with individuals like
yourself (the Rootes nut that you are) are the "exception" to the rule.
Trust me on that. However, you do need to change that name! :)
"Pacific Sunbeam (Rootes) Club" It even sounds better. (just kidding of
course)
I think there is a real need to have a club that focuses on the Alpine US
wide. We just need to recruit people like yourself.
