I replaced the flywheel on my truck some time ago without noting the steel ball for the timing mark. Without taking the head off to determine TDC, is there another way to check timing? cheers John Ro

If you used the crankshaft dowels,the timing ball will in the correct position. I use the positive stop method to determine TDC. On your type engine make sure down away from spark plug hole, screw in
