- A really simple and easy way at least to start, is to place the palm of your hand on the side of your head and push - while resisting that pressure with your neck muscles..... 30 secs and then swap

- Try this for starters.... On similar set ups, we used to drill out the old axle from the flange and have a GOOD machine shop make one from GOOD material and weld it through the flange, into place. C
