The pedals are in the same position whether it is RH or LH drive as others have mentioned. The real question is, what is the cause of the sore leg? Changing from LH to RH probably wouldn't make any

A friend of mine has a 1953 Rolls Royce, inline 6 cylinder, 4-speed manual transmission, right hand drive. The pedal placement is the same, however the floor shifter is on the right, between the seat
