Ron,
The pedals are in the same position whether it is RH or LH drive as others have
mentioned. The real question is, what is the cause of the sore leg? Changing
from LH to RH probably wouldn't make any difference unless there are 'features'
of one over the other - like more legroom, a place to put your clutch foot when
cruising, etc. Sometimes a British made RH drive car has more foot space than
it's LH drive equivalent (I think that is the case in the GT6 - at least space
between the tranny and the outer wall *seems* larger on the RH side than the LH
side of mine). I know that I would love a foot rest for my clutch foot but I'm
not sure there's enough room to put something in without affecting driveability.

A friend was complaining that his leg bothered him when he drove for any
length of time so I suggested that he get a right hand drive LBC. This
got us to wondering if the gas pedal is nearest the outside of the car
or nearest the transmission? I thought it would be nearest the
transmission. I once drove a VW in Scotland in the early 1980s, but for
the life of me don't even remember the pedal placement.
