Have you tried having your tires balanced with the dynamic (maybe, I might have the wrong term) balancing system, where the tire is actually spun on the car and balanced at speed? Also, is it possibl

I had roughly the same problem with Casper (1957 TR3), did pretty much what you have done with the same negative results. I preparation for a road trip...to Triumphest I think I was trying to grease

How much runout do you see at the rim of the wheel ? Jack the car up and spin the wheel, then watch the edge next to the tire. I don't recall a spec offhand, but anything over 1/16" is suspect, IMO.

Has anyone tried to machine the wheels to accept a conical wheelnut? I'd consider it, since its such a pain to get the wheel lined up just right, and I had to buy two sets of lug nuts to get at least

When I removed the body of my TR3A from the frame, I placed it on a wooden support frame that I could roll around the garage. Having the ability to roll the body around made life much easier during
