How about putting in a fuel filter that is badly clogged from trapping gunked sucked out of the old fuel tank? That has always worked very effectively for reducing fuel pressure at the carb for me in

Hi BrianI tried the clamp trick already- unfortunately it didn't work. I also tried a turnsignal flasher in the power supply line, but there wasn't enough resistance to make it work, either. Another
