- My water pump is leaking from the shaft and has made periodic grinding noises so I guess it's time for replacement. They're not that expensive and I won't miss the grease nipple so I likely do that.

- The old grease nipple water pumps are rebuildable but as I was told when I went to rebuild mine, that it is more expensive than buying a replacement. I bought a replacement. David Lylis 69 TR6 CC2616
