One of the members of another forum painted his TR like this. When he started to put it back togeather the paint came off in big sheets. I would do a part of two and then check them very carefully! R

Metal top, screen, rubber gasket then glass bowl. The gastket always goes next to the glass bowl. Also, the rubber gasket hardens fairly quickly and when you remove it then try to replace it the seal
