The only criticism is that I felt the padding for the back was thin. I ended up going to the local fabrics store and picked up some 1/2" padding and added this to the rebuild. Made all the difference

I have used the one that Randall references (Mercury Marine) for the past 8 years and it works great. You can even get the replacement tubes with the oil that screws into the devise at any boat shop.
