- I finally got it mounted. It was completely PITA. But does it work really well. Starting with my old lucas unit after the car had been sitting for a week was a three step process. Crank for a minute,

- So my new gear reduction starter seems to have failed already. When I turn the ignition, I hear the starter spin but it doesn't crank the engine. I think it's just the solenoid not moving the gear in
