How far above stock is reasonable? Holley lists size 57 jets for the 1848. I am up to 60s and it still seams to have a little lean stumble just off idle. Scott

The jets have little to do with the just off idle position. There is an idle transfer port that supports just off idle. This is the port just above the throttle plates; Check to see if they are clea

So I guess with the 1.78 valves, roller cam and gasket matched heads I could be a bit above that. Maybe I'm not that out of whack. The engine runs beautifully except during very light throttle cruise
